A six-week coaching experience designed to help you understand, connect with, and embrace this evolved version of yourself.

So you can feel like you again, approach this chapter with greater intention and purpose, and find more joy within these messy, but magical, early years of your motherhood.

The Bridge will guide you through three foundational steps for a confident and empowered motherhood:

Phase 1: My Matrescence Map

Think of this as your personal guide to navigating the transformation that comes with motherhood.

Together, we’ll explore the eight areas of life most impacted by this shift including your relationships, sense of self, work, and more. You’ll discover which parts of your old self to gently let go of and which to reclaim and carry forward.

Phase 2: The Expectation Gap

We all carry ideas about what motherhood “should” look like - but those unrealistic ideals can keep us stuck.

Together, we’ll untangle the beliefs and pressures that no longer serve you, so you can let go of guilt and start noticing more of the glimmers of joy that are right in front of you.

Phase 3: Your Motherhood Codes

Motherhood changes everything, including what matters most to you.

In this step, we’ll uncover your unique guiding principles - your Motherhood Codes - that will help you make aligned decisions and bring more ease, purpose, and fulfilment into your daily life.

This isn’t about trying to claw your way back to the old you. The truth is, she’s gone. And that’s okay.

This is your chance to embrace who you’re becoming.

90-Minute Kickstarter: We’ll set the stage by getting clear on your intentions and how we’ll work together to reach your vision. You’ll also begin work on your unique Matrescence Map to guide the rest of our sessions.

3 x 60-minute Coaching Sessions: We’ll meet fortnightly over Zoom where you’ll work your way through the programme milestones.
