Your Matrescence Map will serve as a guiding tool to help you understand which parts of your old life you need/want to let go of with compassion, and which parts you want to reclaim and nurture as you move forward.
The Expectation Gap:
Together, we’ll dive into the expectations and beliefs you carried into motherhood – the fantasy story of the perfect mama you imagined you’d be.We’ll examine how these ideals create a gap between expectation and reality, and how this is shaping your experience day-to-day.
You’ll gain insight into how to bridge that gap, so that these unrealistic standards are no longer getting in the way of you recognising your strengths and feeling like the amazing mama you already are.
Your Motherhood Codes:
We’ll explore how your priorities have shifted since becoming a mama, helping you gain clarity on what truly matters to you now. Whether it’s nurturing relationships, redefining career goals, prioritising wellness, or bringing more fun into your life, we’ll uncover your personal guiding principles – what I call your Motherhood Codes.Knowing what these are, and how they can show up within all aspects of your life, will enable you to live more intentionally as a mum, a professional, and an individual with your own dreams and needs.

You’ll outline a personalised, actionable strategy that gives you the confidence and direction to move forward, put yourself out there, and go after what you desire.Whether you want to re-negotiate workplace terms that better align with your family, take the leap to start the side-hustle you dreamed up on mat leave, dive into a passion project, or simply carve out space to be you again through small, daily actions, we’ll design an exciting yet practical roadmap that ensures you feel firmly back in the driver’s seat.

We’ll create new boundaries and routines to help you feel in charge.
