Having deeply struggled with my own matrescence in silence, I passionately believe it’s time to shake up the way we see, value, and support mamas during this transformative phase of life.
Mothers deserve to be at the forefront of the motherhood conversation, yet there’s still a huge gap in the support available to us in the early years, beyond child-centric resources.
I do what I do because I want to bridge that gap.
